Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer

The Company: Nationwide Fire and Security company with over 20+ years industry experience, providing solutions to commercial, private, public, residential and the retail market. Due to expansion, they are now seeking additional Fire Alarm Service Engineer engineers.

As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer your package could look like:

• Salary £35,000 – £45,000 basic DOE
• 36.5 hour working week
• Travel time paid after 30mins each way
• Overtime rate – time and a half and double time on Sundays and Bank holidays
• Call out rota 1 in 6 days, with standby rates of £182 a week
• Call out paid flat rate for the first 4 hours, anything after is paid time and a half
• Company van
• 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays

As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer your main responsibilities will be:

• 3 years plus experience servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm Systems
• Servicing, PPM and Technical support of Fire Alarm Systems
• Working to BS5839 Standards
• Managing your own time, ensuring jobs are completed correctly
• Providing excellent customer service

As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer your knowledge and experience will be:

• 3 years plus experience servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm Systems
• Servicing, PPM and Technical support of Fire Alarm Systems
• Working to BS5839 Standards
• FIA or equivalent training is highly desirable
• Install and commissioning Fire Alarm Systems experience is desired but not essential
• 18^th Edition, NVQ, CITY and Guilds or BTEC is desired but not essential
• Driving Licence – No points desired.
• Working within all sectors: Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Private and Public.
