Title: Fire and Security Engineer – Maintenance and some Install

Location of Works: Cardiff area (Very local role)

The Company: Fire and Security Company, specialising in the Design, Installation and maintenance of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV. Due to continual growth, this company are now seeking additional experienced Fire and Security Engineers.

Package:

£35,000 basic

Working hours: 8am – 4.30PM

25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays

Travel time paid after the first 30 minutes of travel.

Call Out Rota: £160 per week, then paid at overtime rate for any hours worked.

Company Van, Fuel Card, Phone and uniform

Overtime 1.5 and double time Sundays and bank holidays

Training provided – FIA, IPAF etc

Main Responsibilities:

Service, maintenance and some install works on Fire Alarms, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and CCTV.

Working predominately within the social housing (council), schools, retail and Industrial. (very little domestic works)

Work to high British NSI standards

Knowledge and experience:

3 years plus experience, servicing, maintaining and Install Fire and Security Systems. (Intruder, Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Alarms)

Product Knowledge being an advantage: PAC, GDZ and KMS

Full UK Driving licence – no points being desired.
